Dan is an experienced sales leader with a demonstrated history in business sales, management, sales training and development, as well as strategic planning and forecasting. Dan has held regional positions with Stellar results both in the East Coast and West Coast, as well as the Caribbean and the Hawaiian Islands. Now at the helm as co-founder of BuyOrSellBusiness.com, Dan is poised to continue to be the 'go-to-guy' to ensure the best experience possible to his growing network. Kelly’s role as the Director of Operations at BuyOrSellBusiness.com involves everything from working on the back end of the business, enhancing the operation and efficiency of the business, managing projects to broker support.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her work experience, which includes 10 years as a paralegal and most recently as the Director of Operations at another Business Brokerage, has enabled Kelly to adapt to changing environments and provide her with the ability to wear many hats and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Kelly is passionate about self-motivation and places high importance on achieving the best in all aspects of her life.
She loves spending time with family and prides herself as a mother. In her spare time, she is usually at the beach enjoying the beautiful sunny California weather.

Roxanne joined our elite team of Business Brokers in 2019 after establishing a successful career in finance, commodities and real estate. She prides her success on building strong relationships with her clients while guiding them through the process and providing professional and exceptional service. Roxanne’s wide range of knowledge allows her to devote her efforts to each client’s specific needs. She looks forward to assisting sellers in finding the right buyer and helping buyers find the right business for their next rewarding venture by combining her professional diligence with a personal touch that will ensure all parties get the best results.
Personally, Roxanne has a great sense of humor, is an avid dog lover involved with multiple rescue organizations and has proven her ability to get along with those of any background through her many adventures as a world traveler.

Tom moved from California to Washington while still in the Navy. As a 20-year veteran who strives for perfection, Tom brings the same level of passion and results focus to his career as a business broker and real estate agent.
Prior to entering the business brokerage world, Tom held responsibilities working closely with entrepreneurs and business owners in the manufacturing sector. Consequently, he understands the “ins and outs” of running a business and is a natural at helping people reach their goals and finds great satisfaction in that role.
As a team leader, that same attention to detail and no nonsense approach ensures that his clients are able to rest assured as he focuses on details, proper steps and the ultimate goal of either selling a business for a client, or helping those interested in buying a business.
